General Information

Most orders will ship out in 1-7 business days, depending on availability and payment. After shipping from our workshop, please allow 7-13 business days for the package to arrive for USA orders, and 3-40 business days for international (check list down the page or email us). Allow an additional 3-10 business days for processing during holiday periods.

My Dream Debut does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier on the tracking page. We, unfortunately, do not issue store credit or cash refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. In cases where packages are marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, please check with neighbors, your local carrier branches (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL), and/or your local post office.

International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and My Dream Debut is not responsible for any fees due to importing. Please contact your local customs offices for additional information. 

Please note, we do not process or ship orders on the weekend or holidays.

My Dream Debut is also not responsible for carrier delays during the holiday season.
